William H. "Bill" Williams, Jr., LFD

President/CEO

Mr. Williams has worked full time in the Death Care Profession since 1980 and has extensive experience in At-need and PreNeed operations in every segment of the profession including ownership and management of funeral homes and cemeteries.

In 2001, Bill accepted the position of Vice-President of Funeral Services, Inc. (FSI), one of the nation’s oldest and largest trust administration companies specializing in the Death Care Profession.  In 2003 Bill was elected to FSI’s Board of Directors and appointed President of the Company.  Under Bill’s leadership, Funeral Services, Inc. has grown to provide services to the profession in numerous states.

Today, Bill is President/CEO and Vice-Chair of the Board of Directors of Funeral Services, Inc.  Bill is committed to continuing the superior customer service FSI is known for, and is currently leading the Company’s efforts to offer exciting, new services to the entire Death Care Profession.

Bill is known for his understanding of state laws, rules and regulations regarding the profession and works closely with state associations, lobbyist, regulators and legislators to enhance those laws.

W. H. "Buddy" Bevis

Executive Vice President/Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Bevis came to FSI in June 2008 as the Executive Vice President.  Prior to joining FSI, he was the Division Director, Division of Licensing, Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, a state regulatory program serving over 632,000 licensees.

Buddy’s experience as Division Director included regulatory compliance, rule making, program management, strategic planning, budget development, financial oversight, and customer service.

Dolores Seitzinger

Office Manager

Mrs. Seitzinger began work for FSI in April of 1998 and maintains more than 35 years of experience in office administration.  Dolores moved to Tallahassee in March 1998 from Cape Coral, FL.  Mrs. Seitzinger’s position entails diversified work for every aspect of the Company, including Human Resources for the FSI employees.  Dolores works closely with the Board of Directors, President, Executive VP, and, as well as with FSI’s great team of employees.

Debbie Wagner

Administrative Assistant, Client Services Associate

Ms. Wagner joined FSI in 2014 and brings over 20 years of experience in the administrative field.  Debbie is also a valued member of FSI’s Client Services Department and assists on various systems development and testing projects to keep FSI services and computer programs technologically up-to-date and in compliance with changing state laws.

Jane Bachtler, CPA

Corporate Accountant

Mrs. Bachtler has been with FSI since May 2008 as FSI’s Corporate Accountant.  Jane graduated Cum Laude from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and holds a CPA certificate.

Jane has worked as a senior auditor for one of the world’s largest public accounting firms and also in the private sector in international corporate accounting and financial accounting and reporting with such companies as Fisher-Price Toys/Quaker Oats, Crowley Maritime and TYA Pharmaceuticals.

Paul White, LFD

Vice-President

Mr. White has been a Licensed Funeral Director and Embalmer since 1976 and has spent his entire career in funeral home At-need and PreNeed operations.

Paul joined the Company in March 2005 after serving many years as an Officer, Director and Partner in one the country’s leading PreNeed sales and marketing organizations.  With an extensive background in funeral home client development and PreNeed marketing services, Paul’s primary focus is introducing the company’s wide array of products and services to prospective funeral home clients and maintaining the standards of excellence that current clients have come to enjoy from FSI.

Tommy Settles, LFD

Client Services Manager

Mr. Settles has been a Licensed Funeral Director and Embalmer since 1987 with experience in funeral homes, direct disposal operations, managing At-Need and PreNeed personnel.

Tommy joined the Company in June 2005 as our Client Services Manager.  He will be focusing primarily on client relations.  He will be assisting clients with current and upcoming products and services that are being offer by FSI.  Tommy’s primary focus will be to keep FSI clients up to date with the new laws and the newest state of the art technology known to the industry for PreNeed.  This information will enable our clients to reward their families with quality pre-arrangement knowledge, as well as keeping the FSI Trust as superior as ever and the technology for the client user friendly.

Meiko Whitfield

Vice-President of Client Services

Ms. Whitfield has been with FSI since October of 1989, starting out as a Fiscal Assistant in the PreNeed Services Department.  In addition to managing the PreNeed Services Department, Meiko also assists clients with PreNeed training as well as conversions of existing trusts.

Meiko also works with management and systems development to keep FSI services and computer programs technologically up-to-date and in compliance with changing state laws.

Wendy Bruner

Assistant Vice-President of Client Services

Ms. Bruner is an important member of FSI’s PreNeed Services team and has been with FSI since March of 1997.  She is responsible for assisting new clients through the PreNeed License application and annual renewal process, as well as training for new clients and refresher training for existing clients.

Wendy also works with management and systems development to keep FSI services and computer programs technologically up-to-date and in compliance with changing state laws.

Kerrie Brandon

Client Service Specialist

Ms. Brandon is another member of the PreNeed Services team and has been employed with FSI since November, 1999.  Kerrie is involved in various aspects of the daily processing of paperwork and makes her #1 priority to assist each individual client to their satisfaction.

Kerrie also assists systems development with testing to keep FSI services and computer programs technologically up-to-date and in compliance with changing state laws.

Jessica Johns

Data Entry Specialist

Ms. Jessica Johns joined the FSI team in October of 2015.  She takes her work very seriously and finds great satisfaction in providing data input that is fast and extremely accurate.

Judi Moore

Client Service Specialist

Mrs. Moore joined FSI in August, 2001 as a PreNeed Specialist.  Judi's priority is customer satisfaction on a daily basis.  She also is involved in various aspects of the daily processing of paperwork as well as assists systems development with testing to keep FSI services and computer programs technologically up-to-date and in compliance with changing state laws.

Judi is also our “go-to” person for training and installation of FSI’s eContract.

Information Technology

Kyle Dunn

Chief Technology Officer

Mr. Dunn has been employed as FSI’s Chief Technology Officer since December, 1998.  With more than thirty years’ experience in the IT field, Kyle’s role is to assure the successful execution of the company’s business mission through development and deployment of technology based trust administration services.

Michael Brossette

Information Technology Director

Mr. Brossette with more than fifteen years’ experience in the IT field has been employed at FSI since April, 1999.  As the Information Technology Director he is responsible for design, implementation, maintenance and support of the FSI corporate network.  Mike holds multiple Microsoft Certifications covering server and network administration and design.

Dorothy Emery

Programmer Consultant

Since 1993, Mrs. Emery has been designing and writing software for FSI.  She has been responsible for writing a large part of the code that calculates trust requirements for clients and ensures that funds are accurately accounted for as well as trusted according to current law.  Dorothy works closely with the PreNeed Services staff to make certain that FSI is making the best possible use of computer technology to streamline daily workflow and ensure accuracy.

Prakash Mohan

Lead Software Developer

Mr. Mohan has been employed at FSI since January 2009.  He holds a Masters Degree in Computer Science from The Florida State University.

As Lead Software Developer, Prakash is responsible for leading a group of software developers to design, code, test and maintain .Net windows, web and IOS applications for FSI. He is also involved in designing the core architecture of the system and guiding team development efforts towards successful project delivery.

Shreyamsh Kamate

Programmer Analyst I

Mr. Kamate has been employed at FSI since June 2017. He holds a Master’s degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Texas A&M University, Kingsville, TX and a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from India.

As a Programmer Analyst, Shreyamsh is responsible for analyzing and creating functional design specifications used for coding into computer language. He also develops, test and/or maintains .NET applications to serve FSI business needs. Shreyamsh is certified in ITIL Foundation for IT Service Management.

Mudassir Mohammed

Senior Programmer Analyst

Mr. Mohammed has been employed at FSI since October 2007.  He graduated from JNTU Hyderabad, India with a Bachelor degree in Computers and Information Sciences in 2004 and graduated from the University of South Alabama, Mobile, Alabama with a Master's degree in Information Systems in 2007.

As a Programmer Analyst, Mudassir is focused on developing new .NET applications as well as maintaining existing applications.

Suresh Venkatesan

Senior Programmer Analyst

Mr. Venkatesan has been employed at FSI since July 2009.  He holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Oklahoma State University, Stillwater, OK.

As a Programmer Analyst, Suresh is responsible for analyzing and creating functional design specifications used for coding into computer language.  He also develops, test and/or maintain .NET applications to serve FSI business needs.

Polina Volkova

Senior Programmer Analyst

Mrs. Volkova holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Florida State University.  She earned multiple Microsoft certifications, such as Microsoft Certified IT Professional: Database Administrator 2008 and Microsoft Certified Professional Developer: ASP.NET 3.5.  Polina has been employeed since May 2008 as a Programmer Analyst and database administrator.  She ensures the reliability of software and the integrity of data for FSI clients.
